After helping to co-sell a biotech company for 16x earnings to Medtronic, Matthew launched FEED. Today, Matthew is the Principal + Managing Director of FEED. Eric Anderson started his sales career with Depuy Synthes in medical sales as a representative and sales trainer. After 8 years with Depuy Synthes he moved on to Smith and Nephew where he held several positions including Technical Sales Director, Field Marketing Director, District Sales Manager, and Region Vice President managing $130 million in sales. He has also led sales teams in other organizations such as Tornier, Zimmer Biomet, and Bioventus.

Eric has had the opportunity to mentor and lead several award winning sales representatives, multiple Sales Representatives of the Year, as well as winning several top achievement awards himself. He knows what it takes to be a top performing sales representative and help mentor those to sell several million in sales on a yearly basis.
