Eric Anderson started his sales career with Depuy Synthes in medical sales as a representative and sales trainer. After 8 years with Depuy Synthes he moved on to Smith and Nephew where he held several positions including Technical Sales Director, Field Marketing Director, District Sales Manager, and Region Vice President managing $130 million in sales. He has also led sales teams in other organizations such as Tornier, Zimmer Biomet, and Bioventus.

Eric has had the opportunity to mentor and lead several award winning sales representatives, multiple Sales Representatives of the Year, as well as winning several top achievement awards himself. He knows what it takes to be a top performing sales representative and help mentor those to sell several million in sales on a yearly basis.

Eric currently is Co Founder at Virtual Sales RX, Co Founder of Physician Video RX, Founder Extremity Surgical, and host of the Next Level Idea podcast.

Matthew served as an Army officer, serving as a Captain in the famed 82nd Airborne Division and as a Psychological Warfare Officer. Upon leaving the military, he worked for KLS, Martin, Medtronic, Nuvasive, Smith & Nephew, and MacroPore Biosurgery. Matthew has served in all levels of sales leadership, including VP, Sales.

After helping to co-sell a biotech company for 16x earnings to Medtronic, Matthew launched FEED. Today, Matthew is the Principal + Managing Director of FEED. Voted #1 Healthcare Agency by the American Marketing Association for Best Cause Marketing Advertisement, National Addy Awards, Print’s Regional Design Annual, New York Art Director’s Club Annual & Show, Clios, One Show, Telly Awards, Communication Arts Design Annual, AIGA 365, POPAI Awards, and many more.
